John Shadden

Owner and CEO

 

John has been in the printing business for over 35 years after spending several years in the pharmaceutical industry. He enjoys spending time with his family, working in the yard, relaxing on his boat appropriately named “ Wet Ink II”, as well as traveling to Rocky Top to cheer for the Big Orange.

 

John is a member of Silverdale Baptist Church where he serves as a deacon. He has been active in the community serving on numerous boards such as Capital Bank, the United Way, the Chamber of Commerce, First Things First, STARS (Students Taking A Right Stand), and Silverdale Baptist Academy.

 

The most important people in his life are his wife and children. The defining moments in his life include meeting his wife, the birth of his special needs son, and holding his adopted daughter for the first time in Russia. His life philosophy is: “It’s not what happens to you in life that is important, it's how you respond to it.”
